Imagine you are in charge of decisions about your school. Write a letter to the superintendent asking him to install solar PV panels on the school’s roof to supply power to the school.

• Justify your argument with evidence that you gathered today during your investigation and using the WeatherSTEM unit outside.
• Be sure to discuss how solar PV panels convert light energy into electrical energy and how a complete circuit will need to be set up for the plan to work.
• Include the number of panels and buildings involved from your calculations.
