A wind vane is an instrument used to show the direction of the wind. Wind direction is measured in degrees and shows the direction the wind is coming from, not the direction it is going. Look at the wind rose compass to see how the degrees tell you the direction the wind is coming from.
Using the compass tool, figure out what direction the wind would be coming from if the wind vane read 135°.
