Heat Cramps: the first sign of heat related illness, caused by the loss of body salts and fluid low levels in muscles cause painful cramps
Heat Exhaustion: the response to loss of water and salt from heavy sweating, accompanied by headaches, dizziness, lightheadedness, weakness, mood changes/confusion, upset stomach
Heat Stroke: the body is no longer able to regulate its core temperature, dry hot skin with no sweating, mental confusion, losing consciousness, seizures
