What Do the Data Say? Volcanic Activity

This graph and table show the volcanic activity and resulting atmospheric particles for eruptions dating back to 1400. Locate each eruption on the graph and notice how the particulates increase immediately following the eruption. Think about how these particulates might influence Earth’s climate and why.
