Power Outages

As Hurricane Michael tracked across Florida and the Southeast United States, it knocked out power to an estimated 3 million customers:

  • Florida - ~670k
  • Georgia - ~500k
  • South Carolina - ~300k
  • North Carolina - ~840k
  • Virginia - ~750k

The maximum number of customers without power at one time across the Southeast U.S. was approximately 1.5 million.
